Working with Sq’ómet Constructors
Sq’ómet Constructors is a majority owned Indigenous business, formed in partnership between Link’s Contracting and Metric Civil Contractors.
Our priorities go beyond that of project completion. While we are forever focused on the quality of the work we do and the services we provide for our clients, it is equally important that we are able to cultivate meaningful change with our actions. We want the communities we work with to prosper and grow, with resources and opportunities going back into the communities.
Not only is Sq’ómet a partnership between our two contractors, it is also intended to be a partnership with Indigenous Nations. When going into these projects we hire from within the communities and partner with contractors connected to the Nations.
The intent is to create mutually sustainable relationships with lasting impacts. It is a collaboration; empowering partners by sharing experience, and opportunities for growth.
